1.At least 5 years of accounting and finance management experience in manufacturing companies in China, preferably within an international group
2.Excellent expertise in accounting, budgeting system and management control
3.Leadership and team work spirit； organizational capability
4.Open minded, reliable, responsible； good communication skills
5.Skills in usual PC software: computerized accounting, Word, Excel, Chinese Star
6.Familiar with Finance system, knowledge in SAP and ERP system
7.Good spoken and written English
