Prepare maintenance infrastructure together with Multi Site Technical Department:
- Storage of spare equipment.
- Prepare maintenance protocols.
- Create FMEA methodology for monitoring plant performance and improvement projects.
- Ensure that all activities employed are according local and AN QHSE standards.
- Take part in QHSE audits.
- Contribute to Operational Plan by defining technical paragraph concerning installation administration.
- Develop and implement improvements concerning maintenance management system.
- Plan projects regarding TD personnel or outsourcing to third parties.
- Recommend and implement changes to mechanical equipment to improve operatability, reduce downtime and increase throughput.
- Maintain preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
- Develop new efficient maintenance concepts.
- Develop equipment specifications.
- Continuously safeguard the maintenance costs and the budget.
- Analyse maintenance efforts and results (MTBF, etc) root cause analysis, and initiate corrective and proactive improvement projects.
- Lead FMEA teams.
- Develop projects to upgrade existing equipment and processes, and justify expenditures to the plant and group management.
- Prepare maintenance stops in line with production schedule with minimum down time of other process parts.
- Suggest innovation and standardization to standard operation procedures.
职位要求：
一、学历要求
Either a university or a college degree in preferably Mechanical Engineering, with experience in instrument and/or electrical area.
二、经验与能力
1. 5-10 years of relevant working experience in the chemical industry preferably in a multinational context.
2. Possess leadership skills, basic computer skills, proven work knowledge regarding QHSE issues, project management, budgeting, production organization and planning.
三、技能与技巧
1. Good knowledge of ERP (SAP) systems.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese are a must.
