职位描述：
General Description:
Provides program management for Borg Warner Turbo programs.
Key Accountabilities:
Work at all levels and locations of BW Turbo organizations to get the necessary support for the development of different programs
Manage/organize the different activities leading to successful program launch. This includes different gate reviews set by BW Program Management
Direct, coordinate, exercise functional authority for the planning, budget, organization and development of the programs
Interact with the customers to satisfy customer demands
Ensure the programs meet the goals set at the beginning of the programs (financial, quality, timing, and etc.)
Report in a timely and organized fashion program status to the cross-functional launch team and upper management
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering.
Minimum 5 - 10 years related experience in Program Management, Customer Team Management, Manufacturing Engineering or Production Operations.
Minimum 2 years experience in program management.
Fluent in both Chinese and English.
Masters Degree in Business or Industrial/Operations Engineering a plus.
Knowledge of turbocharger a plus.
Fluency in German a plus.
Knowledge of corporate finance/accounting a plus.
Open to/understanding of others cultures.
Lean Manufacturing and/or 6 Sigma training & experience.
Management presentation skills and experience.
