Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Mechanical and Electrical or Engineering
5 years related experience in automotive industry
3 years or above related experience in Toolings/Jigs/Fixtures design and development
Preventative attitude and quick response
Highly focused on results and objectives
Familiar with ISO/TS16949 and ISO14001 ,Knowledge of Quality systems
Familiar with Lab interior management system and routine running and annual equipments calibration
Environment systems and Lean Manufacturing, Process improvement leader
Coaching and Leadership skills
Good communication and negotiation skill, Understanding of plastic techniques
Fluent in English/Mandarin
