Qualification:
1.Bachelor degree on mechanical or mechanical-electrical,
机械或机械电子专业学士以上学位，
2.2+ years experience on mechanical design, automation or assembly process, 2年以上机械设计、自动化或装配线设计经验，
3.Capable on mechanical design, dimension and tolerance analyze,
具有机械设计、尺寸及公差分析能力，
4.Knowledge of metal and plastic materials, machining process, heat treatment process, knowledge of molding, stamping and casting，
具有金属及塑料材料、机加工工艺、热处理工艺知识，了解模具、冲压及铸造知识，
5.Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic, PLC, control motor and sensors,
具有电子、气动及液压、PLC、控制电机及传感器方面经验，
6.Knowledge of FMEA, Lean System,
具有FMEA、Lean 生产知识，
7.Good skill on MS Office, Auto CAD, SolidWorks and other design software,
熟练使用MS Office、Auto CAD、SolidWorks及其它设计软件
8.Program management knowledge is a plus,
最好具有项目管理方面的知识，
9.Good English skill.
英语熟练。
