Job description:
1, Manage and direct a LTE development/testing team with 8~12 software engineers.
2, Provide regular status updates, progress, action tracking, issue and risk management for the project.
3, Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the team.
Requirement:
1, BS/MS in Computer or Telecommunication.
2, Experience or good knowledge in telecommunications technologies, LTE/WiMax is preferable
3, 2+ years of software development management experience and 5+ years of software development experience; Experience in embedded software is preferred
4, Good work attitude and teamwork spirit
5, Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
6, Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
7, Multi-national company working experience is a plus.
