-Prepare planning/logistics infrastructure prior to plant start-up, including work protocols.
-Ensure clear and complete QHSE reporting and documentation for shift teams.
-Ensure optimal communication to operators regarding decisions taken.

- Propose qualitative and quantitative measures for production processes, technical state of installations, HSE conditions and production manuals of the processes.
- Give input to plant manager for operational plan.
- Propose measures concerning cost reductions, efficiency proposals regarding operations.
- Advice and coordinate projects.
- Replace production manager in case of absence to ensure continuation of production.
- Analyse production details and suggest improvements concerning quality systems for own department.
- Ensure realisation of production planning within budget by considering quality, environmental, safety and maintenance issues.
- Prepare operational plans to lower off spec volumes and rinse liquids. Ensure that disposal of those liquids is according to legislation..
- Evaluate short term operational quality of all production aspects.
- Propose and implement operational improvements in production.
- Plan and initiate maintenance work.
- Monitor, improve and optimize work efficiency of operators.
- Deploy people in projects by considering the employee’s competences and growth perspective.
- Report regularly production quality, quantity and technical state of production facility. Additionally compile reports concerning QHSE.
职位要求：
一、学历要求
Either a university or college degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
二、经验与能力
1. 5-10 years of experience in a managerial position in a chemical operating/manufacturing environment, preferably in a multinational context. Supervisory experience is required.
2. Possess strong leadership skills and proven working knowledge regarding people management, QHSE issues, production organisations, and production planning.
三、技能与技巧
1. Good skills in working with spreadsheets, databases, word processing and presentation programs are required as well as ERP (SAP) and MES (Proficy) knowledge.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese are a must.
