Responsibilities
1.To discuss, negotiate and conclude the design & build contract with the owner.
2.Procured the company business license and construction license.
3.To liaise with local authorities to obtain start works permit including complying with local tender regulations etc.
4.Organized and managed the design teams (both foreign and local design consultants) and liaised with local authorities including planning bureau and other related department e.g. water, power, drainage, environmental.
5.Preparation of project budget and drawing up subletting and procurement plan.
6.Led a team of project team to manage construction activities on site with regard to site safety, quality and progress.
7.Implement building setup and office expansion. Inclusive of site survey, EHS and facility due diligence, authority registration, designer selection, contractor selection, project handover and startup.
8.Make facility improvement plan according to customer's requirement
